HANOI, Apr 14, 2010 (Xinhua via COMTEX) -- Vietnam will host a two-day international judo championship starting from Saturday in the country's capital city of Hanoi, according to a press conference held here on Wednesday.
The Hanoi 2010 International Judo Championship is expected to draw participation of 110 judokas from South Korea, Laos, Chinese Hong Kong, Germany, France and host Vietnam.
At the tournament, judokas will compete for 16 gold medals in eight weight categories each for men and women.
South Korea is the hot favorite in the championship.
