Legal judo: strategic applications of reexamination versus an aggressive adversary.(part 2).

Patent reexamination is a low-cost alternative as a defense against patent infringement suits. The author examines how a small company can use this process to defend itself against a large corporation charging patent infringement without financially devastating litigation costs.
