Judo

Teaching kids Judo helps kids to stay focus, by proceeding competition and communicating technique. Thereby, developing judo technique, increases time management skills. Thus, simple and consistent instruction presents a simplified leaning environment. Strenuous exercise caused the excess energy present discipline to listen to instructions, for example, push-ups or foot sweeps focus on using muscle groups - then instructions allow about full attention span. Judo requires consistency and innovation, by presenting a focus on technique.
