Oriental form of Wrestling

The oriental form of wrestling, developed from jujitsu became the hallmark for a gentle form of self-defense. A player in Judo catching an opponent off-balance on the mats with a clean and though throw or pining the opponent to the mats for a specific time frame. Otherwise, arm, elbow or choke hold will cause a pressure point of pain; so the opponent voluntarily surrenders.

Nevertheless, matches are performed based on either and intercollegiate classes; before a necessary pressure points or throwing occurs from an opponent who is out matched.

Upon winning the gold medal in competition.
