Atitude in Judo
Your atitude is the key to wining a Judo completion. Thus, wining takes commitment. If not committed, putting up with in convinces and frustrations, will prevail over winning.
Commitment puts sense and organization in life, while establishing values and goals. Commitment develops a prioritization system, by building skills that makes a task mindful; upon completion.
In sum, commitment brings order with good judgment, options in your life.
